Resolution - 2017-81RESOLUTION NO. 2017-81 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2017, AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2018 (CITY HALL RESTROOM ADA UPGRADES) WHEREAS, the City Manager, on or about June 22, 2017, submitted to the City Council a proposed budget for the appropriation and expenditure of funds for the City for West Covina for Fiscal Year 2017-2018; and WHEREAS, following duly given notice and prior to budget adoption, the City Council held a public meeting on June 22, 2017, receiving, considering and evaluating all comments, and adopted a budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2017 and ending July 30, 2018; and WHEREAS, amendments must periodically be made to the budget to conform to changed circumstances following adoption of the budget. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Budget Adjustment No. 19 is hereby approved as reflected on Exhibit No. 1, attached hereto. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 5 th day of September, 2017.
