A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, NAMING MAYOR MIKE SPENCE AS THE
GOVERNING BOARD REPRESENTATIVE TO SAN GABRIEL VALLEY
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, AND COUNCILMEMBER JAMES
TOMA AS THE ALTERNATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA. CALIFORNIA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Mayor Mike Spence as the
City's Governing Board Representative to the San Gabriel Valley Council of
Governments.
SECTION 2. The City Council does hereby appoint Councilmember James Toma
as the City's alternate to the Governing Board of the San Gabriel Valley Council
of Governments.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and
shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the San Gabriel Valley Council of
Governments as soon as possible, and shall enter it upon the book of Resolutions
of the City of West Covina.
