A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT IN FAVOR OF
LOS ANGELES SMSA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP DBA VERIZON
WIRELESS
The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby find and
determine that the public convenience and necessity require that a Grant of Easement be
executed in favor of Los Angeles SMSA Limited Partnership dba Verizon Wireless for access
and utility purposes over certain Agency owned property as described in the attached Exhibit
"A" and "B" by reference hereto made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to execute
in the name of the City of West Covina a Grant of Easement, substantially in the form attached,
in favor Verizon Wireless.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 19`h day of July, 2016.
