A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING LOTS 217 AND 218 OF TRACT NO. 32324 FOR OPEN
SPACE PURPOSES
The City Council of West Covina, California does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interests conveyed by Tract No. 32324 offering to grant to the City of
West Covina the property or interests therein particularly described for open space purposes, is
hereby accepted. Said property is described as:
Lots 217 and 218 of Tract No. 32324 recorded in Book 989, pages 77 through
93, inclusive, in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, on file in the office of the County Recorder of said County
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy
of this resolution to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
