A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING JOCELYN BLAKELY TO THE
WEST COVINA HUMAN RESOURCES COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Jocelyn Blakely to fill the vacant term on
the Human Resources Commission expiring March 31, 2016.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall
transmit a certified copy thereof to the appointed person.
