RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
DVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO.
10 AT 3511 AND 3519 EAST CORTEZ STREET AND DIRECTING THE
ECORDATION THEREOF (SOUTH CAL INVESTMENT
DRPORATION AND ALBERT J. GALEN)
WHEREAS, South Cal Investment Corporation and Albert J. Galen, the owners of the
two adjacent parcels, submitted legal descriptions to this meeting and by reference thereto made
part hereof, for a lot line adjustment between the two parcels, and submitted a written request for
a lot line adjustment; and
WHEREAS, said submitted lot line adjustment has been reviewed by the City Engineer
and the Planning Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Planning Department have determined that said lot
line adjustment is in conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and with the General and
Specific Plans of the City of West Covina.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the lot line adjustment submitted to this meeting be and the same is
hereby
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City of West Covina be and hereby
authorized and instructed to approve said lot line adjustment, per Section 66412(d) of the
Subdivision Map Act, on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution, and shall
cause the lot line adjustment to be filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Los Angeles.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 19th day of November 2013.
