A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING LOT 55 OF TRACT NO. 42169
AND PARCEL 2 OF PARCEL MAP NO. 22037 FOR OPEN SPACE
PURPOSES
The City Council of the City of West Covina, California does hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interests conveyed by Tract No. 42169 offering to grant to the City of
West Covina the property or interests therein particularly described for open space purposes, is
hereby accepted. Said property is described as:
Lot 55 of Tract No. 42169 recorded in Book 990, pages 1 through 8,
inclusive of Maps in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, on file in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a certified copy
of this resolution to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
