A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, NAMING COUNCILMEMBER STEVE
HERFERT AS THE GOVERNING BOARD REPRESENTATIVE TO SAN
GABRIEL VALLEY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, AND
COUNCILMEMBER FREDRICK SYKES AS THE ALTERNATE
The City Council of thel City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Councilmember Steve Herfert as the
City's Governing Board Representative to the San Gabriel Valley Council of
Governments.
Section 2. The City Council does hereby appoint Councilmember-FredrickSykes as the
City's alternate to the Governing Board of the San Gabriel Valley Council of
Governments.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall transmit
a certified copyi thereof to the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments as soon as
possible, and shall enter it upon the book of Resolutions of the City of West Covina.
