A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING PAUL
BLACKBURN TO THE WEST COVINA PLANNING
COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Paul Blackburn to an un-expired term of
office on the West Covina Planning Commission expiring March 31, 2013.
SECTION 2. That the appointment will begin from the adoption of this resolution.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall
transmit a certified copy thereof to the appointed persons.
