A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION. NO: 2007-65
RELATING TO MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION, BENEFITS AND
CLASSIFICATION OF DEPARTMENT HEADS
WHEREAS, the city of West Covina has evaluated its salary ranges for.Fire Chief and
Police Chief.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve, determine
and order that Resolution No. 2007-65 relating to management (Department Head) salaries is
hereby amended as follows:
SECTION 1. That the salary range for Fire Chief be adjusted to $11,596 - $14,611 per
month.
SECTION 2. That the salary range for Police Chief be adjusted to $12,599 - $15,875 per
month.
SECTION 3. The effective date of this Resolution is August 21, 2012.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
