PARK AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT PER PARCEL DISCRETIONARY

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY:
1. Approves the filing of an application with the District for funds allocated under Sections
3(c)(1) and 8(b)(1) of the Propositions for the above named Project; and
2. Certifies thai City of West Covina understands the assurances and certification in -the
application form; and
3. Certifies thati the City of West Covina understands its obligation to operate and maintain
