RESOLUTION NO. 2007-61
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2001-100 AND
2007-8 RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF LIMITED SERVICES
POSITIONS, AS AMENDED; AND APPROVING THE REVISED
SALARY RANGE FOR THE LIMITED SERVICES ASSISTANT COOK
CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, the Assistant Cook position has not received any salary adjustment since FY
01-02;and
WHEREAS, the limited services salary range for the Assistant Cook position does not
maintain appropriate internal alignment with the full-time Cook position.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the proposed revised salary range for the limited services Clerk
classification is hereby adopted:
Classification Ranee Step I Step 2 Step 3
Assistant Cook L-64 $15.94 $16.73 $17.57
SECTION 2. That Resolution Nos. 2001-55 and 2007-8, as amended, relating to
compensation of positions is hereby further amended by this Resolution.
SECTION 3. The proposed salary range will be effective February 24, 2007.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
