A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY AS
SURPLUS
WHEREAS, certain equipment has exceeded its useful life expectancy and has been
• determined to to be no longer useful to the City, or the equipment is no longer cost-effective to
repair; and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Code of the City of West Covina Sec. 2-316 states that the
City Council shall authorize the sale of any item with an estimated value greater than $250.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED as follows:
The following equipment has exceeded its useful life expectancy and is no longer
required for City use and is hereby declared as surplus:
