RESOLUTION NO. 2005-19
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF A
CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES CONCERNING
A GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
The City Council of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina hereby notifies the Board of
Supervisors that it desires to renew the General Services Agreement currently in effect between
the County and the City of West Covina for a five-year period, terminating on June 30" 2010.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of West Covina requests the Board of
Supervisors to consent to the renewal of said Agreement and to authorize County departments to
continue to provide the services requested pursuant to the existing General Services Agreement
until otherwise requested in writing by the City of West Covina.
