RESOLUTION NO. 2004-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP
NO. 60859 LOCATED AT 3630 E. TEMPLE WAY AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF (HENRY MELENDEZ — DYNAMIC
INVESTMENTS)
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the owner and subdivider
thereof, a final subdivision map of Parcel Map No. 60859 which has been approved by the
Planning Commission and the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of Parcel Map No. 60859 has been
submitted to this meeting and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City of West Covina are hereby authorized
and instructed to execute said final map on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That, as determined by the Planning Commission, Parcel Map No. 60859
is consistent with the General Plan of the City of West Covina and the Specific Plan as adopted
for the area.
SECTION 4. That Parcel Map No. 60859 will not unreasonably interfere with the free
and complete exercise of public utilities.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
SECTION 6. That the City Clerk shall transmit a certified copy of this resolution to
Charter Communications.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16`h day of November 2004.
