A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA SPECIFYING LOCATIONS AND ADOPTING ENHANCED
PENALTY SCHEDULE UNDER NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING
PROTECTION ZONES
•WHEREAS, The City of West Covina enacted Neighborhood Parking Protection Zones
(through Ordinance No. Zlt$ , for the purpose of deterring continued parking violations;

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby resolve,
determine, and order as follows:
Section 1: The following streets are hereby designated as a Neighborhood Parking
Protections Zone:
BARBARA AVE. from Glendora Ave. to Valinda Ave.
CAMERONAVE. from Glendora Ave. to Valinda Ave.
CRAIG DR. North of Herring Ave.
CRAIG DR. North of Cameron Ave.
HERRING AVE. from Glendora Ave. to Valinda Ave.
HOLLY PL. from Mobeck St. to Vine Ave.
INDIAN SUMMER AVE. North of Herring Ave.
SHARON LEE DR. North of Herring Ave.
SUSANNA AVE. from Mobeck St. to Herring Ave.
SUSANNA AVE. South of Barbara Ave.
SERENADE AVE. from Mobeck St. to Cameron Ave.
SERENADE AVE. North of Herring Ave.
SERENADE AVE. South of Barbara Ave.
Section 2: The enhanced penalty for violation of "Parking prohibited during certain days
and hours; preferential parking permits' (§ 22-174) in Neighborhood Parking Protection Zones
shall be double the regular rate of section 22-174.
Section 3: This Resolution shall become effective on the date that Ordinance No. 7-11$
takes effect, October 21, 2004.
