A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
• CORPORATION GRANT DEED IN FAVOR OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby find and
determine that the public convenience and necessity require that a Grant of Easement be
executed in favor of the City of West Covina for street and highway purposes over certain City
owned property as described in the attached exhibit "A" and by reference hereto made part
hereof.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to execute
in the name of the City of West Covina a Grant of Easement, conveying all right, title and
interest of the City of West Covina, in addition to said real property, to the City of West Covina
for street and highway purposes, and cause said Grant of Easement to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of said county.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
