Resolution - 9630• RESOLUTION NO. 9630 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT IN FAVOR OF SUBURBAN WATER SYSTEMS. The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby find and determine that the public convenience and necessity require that a Grant of Easement be executed in favor of Suburban Water Systems for the relocation of Suburban Water Systems underground water distribution purposes over certain City owned property as described in the attached Exhibit "A" and by reference hereto made a part hereof. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to execute in the name of the City of West Covina a Grant of Easement, conveying all the rights to Suburban Water Systems for installation and maintenance of underground water line purposes, and cause said Grant of Easement to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of said County. SECTION 3.
