A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 9346.
RELATING TO MANAGEMENT COMPENSATION, AND RESOLUTION
NO. 7223, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO CLASSIFICATION AND
• COMPENSATION OF POSITIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of West Covina provides salary adjustments deemed
appropriate to Management employees who are unrepresented; and
WHEREAS, the City of West Covina has examined the adjustments provided to
other represented groups of City employees; and
WHEREAS, the City of West Covina has determined that the contributions of
certain Management employees warrant recognition in relation to the represented employees;
and
WHEREAS, salary adjustments for those Management employees have been
deemed appropriate;
as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 9346, relating to management salaries, is
hereby amended by Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, effective June 27, 1998.
SECTION 2. That the remaining provisions of Resolution No. 7223, as
Amended, shall remain in full force and effect until amended as repealed by Resolution of the
City Council.
SECTION 3. That. the effective date of this Resolution is June 27, 1998.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
