RESOLUTION NO. 9521
RESOLUTION NO. 9521 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL
MAP NO. 24625 AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION
THEREOF. (CALIFORNIA STATE BANK.)
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the owner and
subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of Parcel Map No. 24625 which has been
approved by the Planning Commission and by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of Parcel Map No. 24625 submitted
to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City of West Covina be and they are
hereby authorize and instructed to approve said final map on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall transmit a certified copy of this Resolution
to Charter Communications.
