THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 7223, RELATING TO CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION OF
POSITIONS, AS AMENDED; AND APPROVING THE NEW CLASSI-
FICATION OF PUBLIC SERVICES OFFICER
I, Janet Berry, do hereby certify the following:
Resolution No. 9512 was adopted by the City Council of West Covina on
November 4, 1997 by the following vote of the City Council:
AYES: Howard, Melendez, Wong
NOES: Herfert, Touhey
However, at the following City Council meeting of November 18, 1997 the
City Council voted to rescind the above action by the following vote:
AYES: Herfert, Melendez, Touhey
NOES: Howard, Wong
