RESOLUTION NO. 9399
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, MAKING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE WASTE MANAGEMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL
QUALITY COMMISSION AND DESIGNATING THE TERMS
THEREOF
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Giancarlo Massarotto and
Patrice Dubina to the Waste Management and Environmental Quality Commission of the
City of West Covina for a term commencing December 1, 1996, and expiring June 30,
1998.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and
shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the commissioners appointed in Section 1 of this
resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December, 1996.
