A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, MAKING APPOINTMENTS
TO THE HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION AND
DESIGNATING THE TERMS THEREOF
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Francis Michaud, Rudolfo
Valles, and Gloria Vargas to the Human Services Commission of the City of West
Covina for a term commencing December 1, 1996, and expiring June 30, 1999.
SECTION 2. The City Council does hereby appoint Bernell McBride to the. .
Human Services Commission of the City of West Covina to an unexpired term expiring
June 30, 1998.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and
shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the commissioners appointed in Sections 1 and 2
of this resolution.
