A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CORPORATION
GRANT DEED IN FAVOR OF SHADOW OAK VILLAS 11
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby find and
determine that a Corporation Grant Deed be executed in favor of SHADOW OAK VILLAS II
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION for certain City owned property as described in the attached
Exhibit "A" and by reference hereto made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to
execute in the name of the City of West Covina a Corporation Grant Deed in favor of
SHADOW OAK VILLAS II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, and cause the said
Corporation Grant Deed and a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
