A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAIN CITY
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS.
WHEREAS, certain equipment has been determined to no longer be useful to the City and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1. The following items are no longer required for City use and is hereby declared as
surplus:
MAKE MODEL SERIAL NUMBER
Toshiba BD5610 CE617236
Section 2. City Property listed herein shall be disposed of in accordance with Section 2-316
of the West Covina Municipal Code.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
