A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
. BERT HEDLUND, WILLIAM FRANK POLICH, AND
ROBERTA SANTELL AND RECONFIRMING THE
APPOINTMENT OF DR. WILLIAM KETTERINGHAM,
AND GIANCARLO MASSAROTTO TO THE WASTE
MANAGEMENT & ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY
COMMISSION EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1995, AND
DESIGNATING THE TERMS THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Bert Hedlund, William Frank
Polich, and Roberta Santell to a term expiring June 1997, as a member of the Waste
Management and Environmental Quality Commission of the City of West Covina effective
October 1, 1995;
SECTION 2. The City Council does hereby re -confirm the appointment of
William Ketteringham and Giancarlo Massarotto to a term expiring June, 1996, as a member of
the Waste Management and Environmental Quality Commission of the City of West Covina
effective October 1, 1995;
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and
shall transmit a certified copy thereof to the commissioners appointed/re-appointed in Section
1 and 2 of this resolution.
