RESOLUTION NO. 9265
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING DONALD M.
GRANT, DANE LEVOY JOHNSON, THOMAS PUCHALSKI
AND REAPPOINTING TRACY BROWN, AND RECONFIRMING
THE APPOINTMENT OF NIICHAEL CANO, TEOFILO ARENAS
GUADIZ IV, BERNELL D. MCBRIDE, WILLIAM MATTHEW
SINGLETON, AND ROBERT SOTELLO TO THE HUMAN
SERVICE COMMISSION EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1995 AND
DESIGNATING THE TERMS THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Dane LeVoy Johnson to a term
expiring June, 1997, Donald M. Grant and Thomas Puchalski to a term expiring June, 1998, and
reappointing Tracy O'Shea Brown to a term expiring June 1998, as members of the Human .
Service Commission effective October 1, 1995;
SECTION 2. The City Council does hereby reconfirm the appointment of Michael
Cano, Teofilo Arenas Guadiz IV, Bernell D. McBride to a term expiring June, 1996 and William
Matthew Singleton and Robert Sotello to a term ending June, 1997 as members of the Human
Service Commission of the City of West Covina effective October 1, 1995;
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall
transmit a certified copy thereof to the commissioners appointed/re-appointed in Section I and 2
of this resolution.
