A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY AS
SURPLUS AND PROVIDING FOR THE TRADE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, certain equipment has been determined to no longer be, useful to the City and

SECTION 2. City Property listed herein, valued at $6,000 shall be turned over in trade, in
lieu of payment of $6,000 to Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control.
