A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, NAMING MAYOR PRO
TEM MIKE TOUHEY AS THE GOVERNING BOARD
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE SAN GABRIEL VALLEY
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, AND COUNCILMEMBER BRAD
40 MCFADDEN AS THE ALTERNATE.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
Section 1. The City Council does hereby appoint Mayor Pro Tem
Mike Touhey as the City's Governing Board Representative to
the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments.
Section 2. The City Council does hereby appoint Councilmember
Brad McFadden as the City's alternate to the Governing Board
of the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to
the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments on or before May
10, 1995.
Approved and adopted this 2nd day of May, 1995.
