RESOLUTION NO. 9192
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, RESCINDING SECTION 7 OF RESOLUTION
NO. 9181 CONCERNING CMP CREDITS FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL
INTERCONNECTION ON BADILLO STREET.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 9181 granting temporary
jurisdiction of Badillo Street to Los Angeles County for the installation of traffic signal
interconnection; and
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Resolution No. 9181 specified that the City was to receive
Congestion Management Plan (CMP) credits for the interconnection; and
WHEREAS, it has since been determined thatthereare no local CMP credits for this
project;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby rescind
Section 7 of Resolution 9181.
