RESOLUTION NO. 9158
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, NAMING AN UNIDENTIFIED CUL-DE-SAC
WITHIN THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AS ASTELL AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Upon recommendation of the City Engineer, the unidentified cul-de-sac
between the San Bernardino Freeway and Mardina Street approximately 600 feet easterly of
Toland Avenue, built by the State of California is to be named Astell Avenue.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution, shall
transmit certified copies thereof to the Board of Supervisors, and to the County Engineer and
Surveyor of the County of Los Angeles, and shall cause this resolution to be published in the
same manner that an ordinance is published.
