RESOLUTION NO. 9139
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING BERT HEDLUND, WILLIAM KETTERINGHAM,
GIANCARLO MASSAROTTO, WILLIAM FRANK POLICH AND RICKIE
(ROBERTA) SANTELL TO THE WASTE MANAGEMENT & ENVIRONMENTAL
QUALITY COMMISSION EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1994, AND DESIGNATING
THE TERMS THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint/re-appoint Bert Hedlund, William
Frank Polich and Rickie (Roberta) Santell to terms expiring June 30, 1995, Giancarlo Massarotto
and William Ketteringham to terms expiring June 30, 1996, as members of the Waste
Management and Environmental Quality Commission of the City of West Covina effective
October 1, 1994;
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall
transmit a certified copy thereof to the commissioner(s) appointed/re-appointed in Section 1 of
this resolution.
Approved and adopted this 20th day of September, 1994.
