RESOLUTION NO. 9138
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, REMOVING COMMISSIONER MARK KAY FROM THE WASTE
MANAGEMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY COMMISSION.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby remove Mark Kay from the term on the
Waste Management and Environmental Quality Commission effective September 30, 1994;
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of.this resolution and shall
transmit a certified copy thereof to the commissioner removed in Section 1 of this resolution.,
Approved and adopted this 20th day of September, 1994.
