A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING TRACY O'SHEA BROWN, MICHAEL CANO,
TEOFILO ARENAS GUADIZ IV, MICHAEL T. JONES, BERNELL D. MCBRIDE,
PHILLIP MORENO, JOHN SHEETY, WILLIAM SINGLETON, AND ROBERT
SOTELO TO THE HUMAN SERVICE COMMISSION EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1,
1994, AND DESIGNATING THE TERMS THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby appoint/re-appoint Tracy O'Shea Brown,
Phillip Moreno, and John Sheety to terms expiring June 30, 1995, Michael Cano, Teofilo Arenas
Guadiz IV, and Bernell D. McBride, to terms expiring June 30, 1996, and Michael T. Jones,
William T. Singleton, and Robert Sotelo to terms expiring June 30, 1997 as members of the
Human Services Commission of the City of West Covina effective October 1, 1994;
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall
transmit a certified copy thereof to the commissioner(s) appointed/re-appointed in Section 1 of
this resolution.
Approved and adopted this 20th day of September, 1994.
