RESOLUTION NO. 9131
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE
1994-95 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$69002,787.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Covina met in
special meetings on July 27, 1994 and August 9, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the proposed Capital Improvement
program as to both projects and funding; and
WHEREAS, the proposed Capital Improvement program has been summarized
for final approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina, does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The total amount as stated therein for each project in the Capital
Improvement Program shall be and is appropriated, subject to expenditures pursuant to the
specific, prior approval of the City Council and all applicable ordinances of the City and
statutes of the State. Appropriations may be reallocated within the Capital Improvement
Budget upon the recommendation of the City Manager and prior approval of the City
Council.
SECTION 2. Unexpended appropriations for authorized, but uncompleted
projects in the Capital Improvement Program as approved by the City Council may be
carried forward to the next succeeding budget upon recommendation of the Finance Director
and approval of the City Manager.
SECTION 3. Except for additions to the Capital Improvement Program made
pursuant to Section 2 of this resolution, total appropriations for the Capital Improvement
Program may be increased or decreased only by motion of the City Council.
