RESOLUTION NO. 9078
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO APPLY FOR
GRANT FUNDS PURSUANT TO THE FEDERAL HOUSING AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 AS AMENDED AND CERTIFYING THE
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW RECORD THEREON.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina hereby
declares its intention to apply for Federal Grant funds for the
1994-95 year pursuant to the provisions of the United States
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 and authorizes the
City Manager to proceed with the filing of the necessary
applications and certifications with the U. S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
