A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING CERTAIN CITY
PROPERTY AS SURPLUS.
WHEREAS, certain vehicles have been determined to no longer
be useful to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does hereby resolve as follows:
•SECTION 1. The following vehicles are no longer required
for City use and are hereby declared as surplus:

Wessons and one Colt) utilized by the Police Department are no longer
required for City use and are hereby declared surplus. The serial

SECTION 3. City Property listed herein shall be disposed of in
accordance with Section 2-316 of the West Covina Municipal Code.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
