RESOLUTION NO. 9053
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF TRACT NO. 51590.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the owner and subdivision
thereof, a final subdivision map of Tract No. 51590 which has been approved by the
Planning Commission and by the City Engineer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of Tract No. 51590 submitted to
this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the dedication therein offered by and the same is hereby
accepted for public use, subject to any restriction to be filed and recorded therewith; and that
the proper officers of the City of West Covina be and they are hereby authorized and
instructed to approve said final map on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
