A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, VACATING AND
ABANDONING PORTIONS OF A SANITARY SEWER
WATER LINE EASEMENTS WHICH HAS BEEN
SUPERSEDED BY RELOCATION.
WHEREAS, Brookhollow Investors, Inc. has requested the vacation of certain
sanitary sewer and water line easements; and
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer and water lines have been relocated due to the
structures it serviced have been removed; and
WHEREAS, the relocated sanitary sewer and water lines render the sanitary
sewer and water line easements no longer needed for sanitary sewer and water line purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Sections 1930 to 1934, inclusive, of the Streets and
Highways Code, the City Council of the City of West Covina hereby finds and determines
that the following described easement has been superseded by relocation: was offered:
Those certain sanitary sewer and water line easements within
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 7617 in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, recorded in Book
82, Pages 44 and 45 of parcel maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. That sanitary sewer and water line easements described in
Section 1 are hereby summarily vacated and abandoned.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution
and shall cause a certified copy thereof to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County.
