RESOLUTION NO. 9012
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, DEDICATING CERTAIN
CITY -OWNED PROPERTIES FOR PUBLIC STREET
PURPOSES TO BE KNOWN AS ST. MALO STREET AND
ROBINDALE STREET AND ACCEPTING SAME AS A
PUBLIC STREET AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION
THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That certain City -owned properties hereinafter described are hereby
dedicated to public street purposes as a portion of St. Malo Street and Robindale Street.
PARCEL 1 (St. Malo Street)
Lot 12 of Tract No. 35245 in the City of West Covina, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, per map recorded in Book 959
pages 97 and 98 of maps on file in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
PARCEL 2 (Robindale Street)
Lot 2 of Tract No. 39733 in the City of West Covina, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, per map recorded in Book 969
pages 25 and 26 of maps on file in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. Said property so described is hereby accepted for public street
purposes as a part of the City street system.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution an
cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.
