A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
CORPORATION QUIT CLAIM DEAD TO WILLIAM D.
AND MARGARET BOOTH.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby find and
determine that
Lot 53 of Tract 28988 in the City of West Covina, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, per map recorded in Book 739 Pages
41 and 42 of maps on file in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County.
is no longer needed for the public purposes for which it was acquired or for any other public
purpose; that the public convenience and necessity require that the same be conveyed to William
D. and Margaret Booth.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed to execute
in the name of the City of West Covina a Corporation Quit Claim Deed conveying all right, title
and interest of the City of West Covina in and to said real property to William D. and Margaret
Booth, and cause the said Corporation Quit Claim Deed and a certified copy of this resolution
to be filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
