RESOLUTION NO. 8902
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, NOMINATING
COUNCILMEMBER BRADLEY J. MCFADDEN AS A
CANDIDATE TO FILL THE BOARD SEAT DESIGNATED
FOR CITIES WITHOUT WATER RIGHTS FOR THE SAN
GABRIEL BASIN WATER QUALITY AUTHORITY.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
Section 1. The City Council does hereby nominate
Councilmember Bradley J. McFadden as a candidate for the San
Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority Board to represent
cities without water rights.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof,
via certified mail, to the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality
Authority by December 13, 1992 at 5:00 p.m.
Approved and adopted this 1st day of December, 1992.
