RESOLUTION NO. 8779
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A CORPORATION GRANT DEED
IN FAVOR OF TAICO PROPERTIES, INC.
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby find
and determine that a Corporation Grant Deed be executed in favor of Taico Properties, Inc.
for certain City -owned property as described in the attached Exhibit "A" and by reference
hereto made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and instructed
to execute in the name of the City of West Covina a Corporation Grant Deed in favor of
Taico Properties, Inc.
