A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF DEPUTY
CITY ATTORNEYS
Whereas, by its Resolution Number 8581 the City Council provided
that the appointment of Deputy City Attorneys by the City Attorney
be approved by the City Council; and
Whereas, this action is necessary to allow such deputies to appear
in court on behalf of the City.
NOW THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The appointment of David Cosgrove and A. Patrick Munoz
of the law firm of Rutan and Tucker as Deputy City Attorneys is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 7TH DAY OF JANUARY 1992.
