A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A
PRECISE PLAN FOR A PORTION OF CALIFORNIA
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City of West Covina Redevelopment Agency has requested
the adoption of a minor revision of a precise alignment for a portion of California Avenue,
approximately 500 feet west of Vincent Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina hereby finds
and determines that the minor revision, as shown on the attached sketch, has been adopted;
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and shall cause a certified copy thereof to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
