A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING THAT CERTAIN
FUTURE STREET OFFERED FOR DEDICATION IN TRACT
NO. 44564 FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That interest offered for dedication in
Tract No. 44564, recorded in map book 1101, pages 28 through 36
inclusive, offering to dedicate to the CITY OF WEST COVINA the
property or interest therein particularly described for future
street purposes is hereby accepted. Said property which is
hereby accepted is described as follows:
That future street located on Lots 47 and 48 of said
Tract No. 44564 in the City of West Covina, County
of Los Angeles, State of California.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and cause the same to be filed for record in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
