RESOLUTION NO. 8444
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY -
OWNED PROPERTY TO PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES TO BE KNOWN
AS LOS CERILLOS DRIVE AND LOS ALAMOS DRIVE AND
ACCEPTING SAME AS A PUBLIC STREET AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain City -owned property hereinafter
described is hereby dedicated to public street purposes as a
portion of Los Cerillos Drive and Los Alamos Drive described
as follows:
Lot 45 of Tract 21479 and Lot 74 of Tract 44564 in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per Maps recorded in Book 587, Pages
40, 41 and 42 and Book 1101 Pages 28 through 36 inclusive,
respectively, of Maps on file in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. Said properties-so.described are hereby accepted
for public street purposes as a part of the City street system.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and cause the same to be filed for record in the
Office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
