RESOLUTION NO. 6036
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A CORPORATION GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY THE CITY OF WEST COVINA REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain instrument
executed by City of West Covina Redevelopment Agency, under date of
December 10, 1979, to the City of West Covina the property or
interest therein as particularly described is hereby accepted. Said
property is generally described as:
A portion of Lot 131 of E. J. Baldwin's Fourth Subdivision
in the City of West Covina,.County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in Book 8, Page 186 of
maps on file in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form
prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the
said instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
