RESOLUTION NO. 6025
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING DISTRICT
AGREEMENT NO. 3520 AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the State of California widened the San Bernardino
Freeway through the city of West Covina; and
WHEREAS, the State of California desires to relinquish
collateral facilities to the City of West Covina; and
WHEREAS, the City of West Covina desires certain corrections
to be made to the collateral facilities; and
WHEREAS, the State of California is willing to pay the City
of West Covina for these corrections.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that:
1. The City of West Covina approves District Agreement
No. 3520; and
2., The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute
• said District Agreement No. 3520; and
3. The City Clerk shall transmit to the State of
California the executed District Agreement No.
3520 and a certified copy of this resolution.
4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
