A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
• COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A PARTNERSHIP GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY RIDGEWOOD ASSOCIATES, LTD., -AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF
The City Council of the City of_West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed.by that certain instrument
executed by Ridgewood Associates, Ltd., under date of October 31,
1979, to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein as
particularly described is hereby accepted. Said property is described
as:
Lots 73,84, 85 and 86 of Tract No. 34895 and Lots 57,
58 and 59 of Tract No. 33666, in the City of West
Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per maps recorded in Book 913, Pages 94 through 97
inclusive and Book 929, Pages 98, 99 and 100,
respectively of maps on file in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The. City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the said
• instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
